Relapse of ME?

My meals on wheels didn;t come. This has never happened before.

I had to go to the shop for food, cigs and wine [Merlot]

Feeling unwell and fatigued. Time for more food and drink.

I have failed to upload a video from my computer. How do I do that?

I cannot even upload a picture, just had a thought; this is a Mac. I makes aliases and naybe I have to find the orginal content ib Finder B4 uploading.
